Hi, I’m Jenny!

Founder of “Create Your Own Success”, Career & Business expert, and Life Success Coach.

So, who am I and what is my mission?

I am a mum of 2, married, and I’m an identical twin. I love my family and I am here to make sure they have plenty of opportunities in life. Having received a late diagnosis for ADHD, I am also passionate about neurodiversity and have proudly helped individuals – undiagnosed and diagnosed – to overcome their personal barriers and find a job they loved…and wanted to stick at.

I genuinely love what I do, and my mission is to help you take steps towards doing what you love too!

After losing my Mum when she was just 43, I can hand on heart say that life really is too short… why settle for anything less than you know you deserve?

I’m here to support, empower, guide and cheer you on, every step of the way. I’ve coached for over 8 years and one of my superpowers is being able to build relationships and quickly figure people out. We’re all so different… I adapt my coaching style to you. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone unlock their potential and transform their life… with support that is unique to them. A “one size fits all” approach isn’t for me, and I doubt it’s for you!

I want to help as many people as I can to live a life they love.
I’ve had a lot of jobs myself… it took time for me to find my “thing” and I’ve been through 3 redundancies. I’ve experienced first-hand the frustration of job hunting. It can be lonely, confusing, and confidence can be crushed when receiving rejection after rejection. I also know how scary it is to take a leap into self-employment! I am now completely aligned, and I am here to help you experience this incredible feeling too.

I’m also a self-confessed LinkedIn geek, having trained individuals and businesses on it since 2020. I love nothing more than helping people learn how to use it the right way.
